Yoritomo Jasu was the Mantis representative of the Mantis Quarter at Water Hammer City. He was an old friend of the founder of the city, the monk Haru. His retinue boasted a formidable array of heimin merchants who deal from blacksmithing supplies to gifts to the Fortunes. [1]
