Yogo Kitagi was a bushi of the Scorpion Clan and commander of an Imperial Legion.
Blackmailed[]
Kitagi supposedly ordered the assassination of Moto Gaheris's son. The scroll ordering the murder had been in the hands of Mirumoto Reikan until he died. Reikan's disciple, Mirumoto Junnosuke, blackmailed Kitagi with the scroll, avoiding to be cast out of the Imperial Legions dishonorably. To achieve it, the mother of Junnosuke was murdered. [1]
