People

Yogo Itoju was a member of the kuroiban that found the Armor of the Shadow Warrior, previously used by Hida Yakamo and Hida Kisada. His ancestor, also named Itoju had been one of the first kuroiban. For generations his family had stood against the Shadowlands. [2]

Quest[]

Itoju was summoned by member of the Imperial Legions and Defender of the Empire Bayushi Paneki. Itoju was told of an ogre living in Scorpion lands, and how some villages on the south of the Clan territories were tormented by the creature. Scorpion magistrates had been killed by the ogre when they were investigating and a survivor gave Paneki some jade and the maps of a mine in which was hidden the Armor of Kisada. Paneki told Itoju to bring these three gifts (the death of the ogre, the jade and the armor) to the Scorpion Clan, and Paneki gave him the command of some Scorpion troops in case the creature was not an ogre but an oni. [2]

Death[]

Itoju found the armor and fought the creature, which was in fact Tsuburu no Oni. The oni tried to recruit Itoju to the Shadowlands side, but Itoju resisted the Oni's tortures until he died. [2]

Undead[]

Undead, he was sent to the Mantis lands wearing the now corrupted armor (tainting it because of the contact with his corrupted body) and tried to kill Yoritomo Aramasu. The Mantis Clan Champion was saved by one his men, but offense was taken by the action: Aramasu then went to Otosan Uchi to ask the Scorpion about the "joke". [2]
