Yasuki Toru
Yasuki Toru was a Yasuki Merchant of the Crab Clan. In 1123 he attended a wedding at Kyotei Castle. [1]
Grudge[]
Toru had a grudge toward the Crane Clan for what they did to his family all those centuries ago. His ancestral estate was located in Crane lands, and they refused to honor the Yasuki's claims to that territory. [2]
Station[]
As a representative of the Yasuki Trading Council, In 1123 he attended a wedding at Kyotei Castle to make a deal with Tsume Takashi and/or Shiba Katsuda to trade vital supplies up and down the nearby river in exchange for access to the newly discovered jade mine in the vicinity of Toshi Ranbo. Toru's father once did business with Tsume Retsu, the late lord of Kyotei Castle. It was on his father's behalf that Toru accepted this invitation to Retsu's son's wedding. Nasu Shizuma, Retsu's former advisor, would certainly recall the business arrangements Toru had in the past, and was his best bet for leveraging them again. [2]
