Within the Waves was a Mastery 4 water Travel Spell [1] which allowed the shugenja to create an air bubble around the caster and a small area nearby. The bubble would allow to move through or on the water. [2] This spell was originally devised by Isawa Shugenja trying to locate the legendary undersea kingdom which was supposedly the home of Shiba's wife. [3]
