The Moving Market was a loose conglomeration of smugglers and opium dealers in Zakyo Toshi, under the control of the Brotherhood of Autumn gang. It never stayed in one place in the city for more then a day at a time. Every time the Imperial Guard tried to squash it, the market reappeared within a week. [1]
