The True Sons of Isawa was a Bloodspeaker cell in the Phoenix lands founded by the students of Isawa Takeshi, brother to Isawa himself. [1]
Origins[]
Takeshi continued with the practice of Blood Magic even after it was obvious they now attracted the foul kansen that had spread throughout the world. The persecution that Takeshi and his students faced fron the Isawa family drove them into hiding. After a failed experiment Takeshi became Lost, and his loyalties shifted from the Isawa to the Shadowlands. He shared his knowledge with his students, corrupting them as well. Takeshi was slain by his own students, hoping that by ritually slaying him they could expunge the Taint from their bodies. His murderers became the first maho-tsukai to stand independent of the Shadowlands. [1]
