Toritaka Hatsuko was a young Crab Clan bushi and Spirit Hunter. Hatsuko's first solo assignment was at the request of a Hiruma officer, to investigate spirit related murders on the Kaiu Wall. Hatsuko was certainly skilled in ward making and spirit knowledge, but she lacked in self confidence. She was nonetheless able to discover that the murders were caused by a goryo and she confronted it. [1]
