Tonbo Chiatsu was a bushi of the Dragonfly Clan who in 1171 fought against the yobanjin Army of Fire when the minions of the Dark Oracle of Fire Chosai invaded the Tonbo provinces. He was wounded and faced sure death, when appeared the Dark Oracle of Void, Tonbo Toryu, and asked him permission to unleash his wrath against the invaders. Chiatsu willingly gave it and died. [1]
