Tetsuka was a ronin who stalked Ryoko Owari's shadows. It was said that he was a ninja who stole from the Emperor's soldiers and gave the koku to starving heimin. Some believed that he was the bandit Fade who once prowled the area around Ryoko Owari. Others thought he was Shosuro Jocho, the former captain of the Lightning Guard, and still some believe he was a soldier of the legion itself. Perhaps none of these were true. The only thing known about Tetsuka was the symbol he left behind, an unshod hoofprint. [1]
