Tatsu was a monk of the Brotherhood of Shinsei who in 1170 run the Isora's Alliance Temple as its abbot. He also maintained a small shrine to Haruhiko, the late Fortune of Fishermen, and some guessed Tatsu was a former fisherman. [1]
