Tamanegi was the owner of the Fortune's Rest, a tea house located in the Higashikawa District of Otosan Uchi, an also the most powerful and influential leader of a criminal syndicate. In 1123 he had a meeting with Seppun Ishikawa and Akodo Toturi, regarding the attempt of assassination committed against the Emerald Champion. [1]
