Clarification on Years[]
Quote; He lived around 980-1043 (approximate dates, death around thirty years before the Scorpion coup according to the Book of the Shadowlands, lived for 63 years).
If he died approx 20 years prior to the Scorpion Coup (1123), then he would have died approx 1093. Which means birth approx 1030 if he lived for sixty years. This would of course contradict Mokuna being Yori's great-great-grandfather. 4 generations between them and Yori was already daimyo in 1123? I don't own this book myself, so I can't check the information. Can someone please read this a little closer and see if it can't be clarified? --Majushi 11:06, November 21, 2009 (UTC)

- Book of the Shadowlands page 5 "Kuni Mokuna disappeared approximately 80 years before the Scorpion Clan coup. Kuni Yori - the book's editor - is Mokuna great-great-grandson[...]"
- Book of the Shadowlands page 6 "Mokuna remained energetic and enthousiastic throughout the 63 years of his life[...]"
- According to the book of the Shadowlands Mokuna would have lived approximately from 980 to 1043. There are no other references to his death and birth in Bearers of Jade, Way of the Crab ou Secrets of the Crab (dates clarified then ? ^^) Euterpia 13:28, November 22, 2009 (UTC)

- Double checked. It is mentioned Kuni Yori is the heir of Mokuna's extensive library in Way of the Crab. No other references in Secrets of the Crab and Bearers of Jade. I will put those dates up in the article.Euterpia 09:29, November 23, 2009 (UTC)

- Nice Work. Be sure to follow all strings that this kinda information creates. Like Mokuna's cousin. Even if there is no more information on her than she was his cousin, it still needs an article. Can't have any red links lying about on the wiki now can we. --Majushi 14:52, November 23, 2009 (UTC)
