The Southern Guard Post of Otosan Uchi was located in the Chisei district, dividing the Enchanted Wall to the South and East. It was one of the most defensible locations in the Imperial City and it was the field operation center when the city was threatened. Some of the most prized military nemuranai were kept at the lower levels. [1]

In 1159 the Imperial City suffered the assault of Daigotsu's forces, and later was put to the torch by the Lion Clan. Since then, the Sword of Yotsu used it as a staging point for their patrols into the Inner City. [2]
