The Siege of Shiro Kuni in 526 was the largest assault yet on the Crab lands by Shadowlands forces. After several months of siege the Kuni Daimyo Kuni Watabe pleaded with the famous monk Gorinno to help his clan. The leader of the Order of the Five Rings led a large number of monks and heimin who helped break the siege of Shiro Kuni at heavy cost. [1]
