Shrine to Hofukushu
The Shrine to Hofukushu devoted to the Fortune of Vengeance Hofukushu, was located in the Tsai district of Otosan Uchi. Those who visited it came hoping to find retribution for crimes committed against them. They used to make offers alongside with a list of the target's crimes. In 1123 the leader of the district's guard took the names rendering his own judgements about the targerts, and eventually killing them. [1]
