Shinsei's Cup was an unusual geisha house in Zakyo Toshi. Its customers were all required to wear a mask, saving the samurai from any possible embarrassment due to seeing someone that he knows. If the visitor did not have a mask, the house would provide one, requiring a samurai's chop in order to lend out a mask. The Scorpion Clan sponsored it, beginning the process of putting themselves in control of the city. [1]
