Shiba Shineba was an incredible unattractive woman, crafty and well learned in the magic of Void. It was said Shineba had been born outside the samurai class. [1]

In 1123 her daughter Shiba Arimako was betrothed to Shosuro Mukai, Higshikawa district's Governor of Otosan Uchi. Shineba was appointed as his advisor in the district council. [1] They married this year. [2]
Scorpion Coup[]
During the Scorpion Coup Shineba was angry with his son-in-law, who had begun to oppose the Scorpion Clan. Shineba tried to defy him, but Mukei murdered her. [2]
