Shiba Seinaru was a samurai of the Phoenix Clan who brought justice to countless mahō-tsukai. Eventually his katana Keiji awakened, and it ignited and flickereds with orange flames whenever the evil magic of these wicked sorcerers stirred nearby. [1]
