Shiba Juramashi was one of the Governors of Otosan Uchi, and gave his name to it, the Juramashi district. He governed over a decade. [1] He commissioned the Juramashi District Meeting Hall, which was completed after his death. The Garden of Juramashi's Honor was a tribute to him. [2]
