Satsugaisha was created on the Anvil of Despair by Tsi Xiao, at the request of Daidoji Shihei, who became the wielder of this sword. [1]Shihei was killed by his daimyo, Daidoji Kikaze, who did not burry his hatamoto with his daisho but took Satsugaisha with him, out of respect for the man Shihei had once been. [2]
