River Speech was the language of the Shinomen and Ivory Kingdoms naga, which they shared with relatively little linguistic drift despite the distance thanks to the Unity. It existed in a direct form (a combination of speech, signs, and pheromone-signals), and memory form, which could be preserved as a memory within the Unity and was accessible during meditation in a manner akin to writing.
