The Rising Sun was an elite cavalry unit of the Seppun family, that could traverse the Empire in short order, bringing the wrath of the Emperor to wherever he saw fit. [1] These men and women received training from the finest mounted combatants to be found in the rest of the Empire, making them masters of tactics. [2]
