Revolutionaries
Revolutionaries were peasants that revolted against the Empire. [1] They made up for their lack of training with fanatic zeal. Their insanity was focused, which made them both unpredictable and savage. [2] They were chased by the samurai of the Clans and the Imperial Legions. [citation needed]
Kokujin[]
Kokujin, the mad Ise Zumi and Prophet of the Dark Lotus massed an army of revolutionaries, spreading the revolts over Rokugan. In 1169 forces of the Empire commanded by Osami cornered and defeated them. [2]
