Otomo Morikata was the youngest brother of Imperial Governor of the Colonies Otomo Suikihime's two brothers. They had a younger sister, Otomo Nami. [1] She appointed him as their brother Otomo Takama as Ivory Chancellors, to guide all court proceedings in the Ivory Court in her absence. [2]
Appearance and Demeanor[]
Moritaka was the most charming and popular courtly officials in the Second City, at least with the ladies of court. He was handsome, witty, sly, and lecherous man. [1]
Chancellor of the Left[]
Morikata was the second of the court's “Daijo Daijin,” and as the younger of the two brothers, he was known as the Chancellor of the Right. He often greeted those who had arranged for meetings with the Imperial Governor to glean what these persons really wanted, and what sort of character they had, a sort of “social intelligence” duty for his sister.
