Otomo Hisashi was an Imperial Nakodo of the Imperial Families. He once delayed a meeting with Kakita Seiki, a minor servant of a governor, and once he granted the audience was very kind with him. Hisashi remind these courtier of their proper place, and in time Seiki might even become a usable pawn. [1]
