Otomo Courtier

Otomo Seiyaku, the Otomo Courtier school, took its name from seiyaku, the Rokugani word for 'covenant' or 'agreement'.

Duty

A seiyaku devoted their life to furthering the Emperor's power, over that of any daimyo, champion, or mortal authority. They spoke with the assurance of the Emperor's line, and the right of blood.
