The Otomo Astrology School was a courtier school founded by Otomo Seimei, the younger brother of Hantei XXIV, to protect the Emperor from supernatural threats and divine the Celestial Heavens' intent. [1]
Tradition[]
Most members came from Imperial Families, but members of the Kitsune family had an open invitation to train at the school, in honor of its founder's teacher, a Kitsune Shugenja. [1]
