The Order of the Bent Knee was a Shiba Yojimbo school founded by Shiba Raigen, the failed yojimbo of Isawa Osugi, killed by the Emperor Toturi I when she was accused as member of the kolat conspiracy. [1]
Duties[]
Yojimbo from this school dedicated not to protecting the Isawa from personal harm, but from the social consequences of their actions, protecting the reputations of their charges. [2]
Training[]
The students were trained in stealth, in disguise, and in the nuances of politics, so that they could actively work to protect both the bodies and the social images of theit wards. Graduates were not spies but defensive courtiers, ferreting scandals, slanders, and rumors before they could affect their charges. [2]
