The Ogre's Knife was the long and heavy katana of the infamous Emerald Champion Akodo Kenburo. It was a deceptively crude-looking weapon. [1]
Origin[]
Kenburo was a ronin whose mother was a disgraced and drunkard samurai-ko. He stole the blade and practiced his own style with it, the Kenburo's Way. The blade was used by Kenburo through his long life, including the time he saved the life of the Lion Clan Champion against a Kenshinzen, or when Kenburo won the Test of the Emerald Champion. [1]
Badger Clan[]
Kenburo passed the blade to Ichiro Yoshinobu in 669, in thanks for his resistance against the People's Legion, an army of revolutionaries. [2]
