A monkey
The monkey was often seen as a cunning trickster in Rokugani literature. They were skilled climbers, and while clever were also known to be troublemakers. [1] Toku, founder of the a new Minor Clan, chose the Monkey as his symbol, because it was an animal as cheerful and resourceful as he was. [2]
Ecology[]
They were found in many parts of the Rokugani mainland as well as on the Mantis Isles. [3] With the colonization of the Ivory Kingdoms, monkeys had become more common in mainland Rokugan. [4]
