Miya Yasuragi was an aide to the Imperial Herald.
Winter Court - 1199[]
In 1199 Yasuragi attended winter court at Toshi Ranbo. He honored Yasuki Aitoko, who had died during the fires of the Imperial Library. [1]

Yasuragi was requested to compile the information regarding each lord in the Emerald Empire. He finished his work in 1200, the first year in the reign of Iweko II. [2]
