Miya Ippei was an archivist for the Miya Archives during the Four Winds Era. In 1159, he was forced by agents of Hantei Naseru to forge the Yasuki family records to make it seem as if Akodo Kaneka was the true Yasuki family heir. [1] Shortly after Ippei was found dead from an overdose of Liquid Void, a powerful opium extract. [2] Shosuro Higatsuku was suspected of trying to control Akodo Kaneka's actions by blackmailing and killing Ippei. [3]
