People |
Mirumoto was a duelist of the Dragon Clan and the Dragon Thunder. [2] He proved an abrasive and irascible man, often aggressive, and even rude. He was also a supremely skilled swordsman, one of the best duelists the Empire had ever known. [3]
Mirumoto Family[]
Mirumoto and Agasha were two of Togashi's early followers who founded families of their own. [4]
Shinsei[]
Five years after the Kami fell from the Heavens, Togashi traveled to the remote and desolate northern mountains and sat in a high place, to meditate in solitude. He refused to eat, drink or sleep. Mirumoto and Agasha turned to Shinsei himself for help, who eventually convinced Togashi to return. [5]
Death[]
The fledging Empire founded by the Kami Hantei was assaulted by a dark army from the Shadowlands, led by the fallen Kami Fu Leng. Mirumoto was one of the seven mortal Thunders who were finally able to defeat Fu Leng with the guidance of Shinsei, the Little Teacher. [6] The cost was heavy, as only Shinsei and the Scorpion Shosuro survived the fight. [2]
Legacy[]
Mirumoto had an adopted son, Mirumoto Hojatsu, who wrote "Niten", a teatrise which described the two-sword technique he and Mirumoto developed. [7]
