The small Magistrate's Keep was sparsely appointed and resupplied only infrequently. This facility had nevertheless saved the life of more than one travelling magistrate who needed shelter from enemies or the elements. [1]
Destroyer War[]
In 1173 the small keep fell during the Destroyer War. There, not long before the Destroyers' approach, Shosuro Orikasa met the monk Koan there, or rather one monk who had taken the name for this generation. He could also hear Orikasa's sister, the goryo Shosuro Rokujo. This encounter helped the young Scorpion courtier to realize that she wasn't mad. [2]
