Legion of the Wave
The Legion of the Wave, the Eighth Phoenix Legion of the Shiba Army, attended the Tsunami Legion, [1] an Elemental Guard unit composed by shugenja who studied water magic. [2] They were among the fastest forces in the Empire. [3]

In 1172 during the Destroyer War the units fought the Army of Fire. [3]
