Children: Daikaihime
People

Kuroshin was the Fortune of Agriculture. [1] He had a daughter, Daikaihime. [2] Kuroshin worked closely with Inari and Kenro-ji-jin. Farmers were the most fervent followers, especially those who maintained a silk farm or herd animals. Kuroshin was a patient and paternal Fortune, favoring those who were willing to learn the ways of the land. He was angered by those who had caused fertile fields to become barren in a single season. [3]

Shrines[]

The plains of the Unicorn were home of his most respected temple, [3] Kuroshin's Shrine, at the eastern end of the Snow Plains. [4] Other smaller shrines were the Shrine to Kuroshin at Chinsei Mori [5] and the shrine in the Tamori Gardens. [6] Plains Wind Monastery, a small but prominent monastery in Unicorn lands, changed their focus in 1161 to the Shi-Tien Yen-Wang, the so-called Lords of Death. [7]
