Konkuru was a great Unicorn tournament which celebrated Spring's arrival. Many contests were performed, where skills were tested and prowess displayed. There were competitions involving horses, as riding, jumping, horseback archery, lancing targets, displays of rider and horse cooperation, races, and kizuchi games. There were also trials of kenjutsu, yomanri, athletics, bojutsu, wrestling, and events that showcase the skills of the Unicorn shugenja. [1]
