Kokka was the shrine keeper of Mezameta, a humble shrine located in Ukabu Mura. She was the fifth-born child of an Asako lord, there to fulfill a family duty. For her lack of discipline, she was assigned the reviled task of laundry duty by the shrine's priest, Yōji. [1]
