Kitsure was the leader of the Flesh Dragons juzimai, a bandit gang which terrified the village of Mimura since 1121. He was called "Osano-Wo" by his men, and all they bore tattoos covering their bodies, riding Otaku Steeds with Unicorn Clan markings on the saddles. The other members of the gang were Reju, Jimitsu and Kesu. [1]
