Kitsune Suzushiko was a shugenja of the Fox Clan. Orphaned during the War of Spirits and raised by her elder brother, Kitsune Suzushiko grew up hearing stories about the kitsune spirit, having recurring dreams of of kitsune coming to her in dreams and trying to coax her into the forest. They knew something must be done, and Suzushiko became a student of the Kitsune no Mori, under the tutelage of sensei Kitsune Jachoko. They looked nearly the same age, even though Jachoko was over forty in 1159. [1]
