Kasuga Mikoto was the magistrate of Slow Tide Harbor. In 1123 she was a pouch-faced woman in her late thirties, a widow who lost her husband to a duel with a Crane almost a decade ago. Mikoto had two children, Chisa and Tokko. Mikoto gave the appearance of being less intelligent, sometimes losing the trail of a conversation. She found using this behavior to fool others made it easier for her to get through iife in Slow Tide Harbor. [1]
Local Cult[]
Eventually several samurai disappeared, such as Doji Hiroshige, Kasuga Toru, and Kasuga Michiko, and also a rōnin named Fubato. A group of uncovered a local cult of mahō-tsukai and released the kidnapped men. [2]
