Kasuga Kimura was a bushi of the Tortoise Clan.
Advisor[]
Kimura was the cunning and manipulative advisor of the Distant Turtle City's governor. The Tortoise were stationed there to keep the Mantis from falling prey to the corruption of power. Kimura disliked the task, as he considered to spy them not only dangerous but a waste. [1]
Governor[]
His lord was assassinated for stumbling over a truth hidden deep in the Mantis Islands, and evidence of the Kolat's influence had surfaced across the islands. Kimura became the new governor and took over the small spy network the Tortoise had set up over the island, vowing to avenge the death of his lord. [1]
