The Kaimetsu-Uo's Ono was wielded by the Mantis Clan founder, Kaimetsu-Uo. [1]
Inheritance[]
The ax was given to Kaimetsu-Uo by his father Hida Osano-Wo on the day of his gempukku. [2] The Mantis used it to strike the gates of Kyuden Isawa during his quest for his father's assassin. Since that day, the great ono remained within Kyuden Yoritomo, and it only could be used by Kaimetsu-Uo's descendants. [3]
