The Jeweled Smith was the armorer of the Jewels of the Empire. Empress Iweko I created the position in 1170, appointing Kaiu Kamui as the first Jeweled Smith. The Empress gave Kamui the task of crafting new outfits of nemuranai for the Emerald, Jade, Ruby, Amethyst and Topaz Champions. [1]
