Ji'li'lu was a place with city-states were the prophet Mekhem learned how to build roads. This knowldege was used to expand the Jewel of the Desert, Medinaat al-Salaam. [1]
J'li'lu's fire[]
The Yodotai Empire learned about the J'li'lu's fire, the secret of the thunderous fireballs. They were used in 1132 during the Shattering of the Jewel. [2]
