The Ivory Legion was a unit trained to be the Ivory Champion's scouts, agents, and enforcers of law. They were supremely disciplined and effective warriors, especially their archers and skirmishers, but they were not a traditional fighting force. [1]
Ivory Legion Trials[]
The first Ivory Champion, [[Shinjo Tselu[[, began to held regular trials in the Second City, once per month, wherein candidates could prove their mettle in a series of challenges that were designed to weed the weak from the worthy. [2]
Siege of the Second City[]
During the Siege of the Second City in 1198 the Ivory Legion under the command of Asako Karachu fought the Ninth Imperial Legion and their Crab allies. [3]
