Hanae was a quiet, shy, but powerful shugenja, who did not seem to have the heart of a warrior. She explored the world, traveling to the Burning Sands and other gaijin lands. [2]
Baraunghar[]
Hanae returned to rokugan and joined the Baraunghar army. After a dozen years she was granted the title of Legion of Air Commander. [2]
