Isei province (Ut1)
The Isei province (Ut1) was a Unicorn province of the Utaku family. It contained the temple of Otaku Seido. [1]

The province was bordered by the Bugaisha province (M4) to the North, the Manaka province (Ut2) to the East, by the Zenzan province (M1) to the South, being surrounded by the mountains that marked the western border of Rokugan. [1]
