Isawa Natsuko was a shugenja who founded the Order Blessings of the Eternal Kami at Otosan Uchi prior to the Scorpion Coup. With the assistance of Kaiu Itomaru they built two buildings in the Juramashi district, on the place the Emperor Hantei XXXI decreed that each clan had to sent one shugenja as part of a pilgrimage to the Imperial City. The Order developed two spells never before seen in Rokugan. [1]
